Private Event Registration
Play tables may only be reserved by Java Game Haus Annual Members, either by calling or inquiring in person.
Private Game Room Rentals - The Scriptorium or The Tavern
Each room holds a maximum of 8 people. Cost is $15/hour + sales tax. This price covers the play fee for up to 8 people. The Scriptorium includes Java's custom built video game table and The Tavern holds a board game table.
Event Center Rentals
Our private event center is available for rental when store sponsored events aren't being run. The event center is perfect for gaming events, birthday parties, and other small gatherings of up to 50 people.
Monday - Thursday: $50*/hour + sales tax, 2 hour minimum
Friday - Sunday: $75*/hour + sales tax, 3 hour minimum
*Rates decrease after 4 hours
Rental includes:
1. Tables and chairs for up to 50 people
2. Reservation of up to 10 board games from our library or usage of our terrain supplies
3. Chromecast to up to 5 wall monitors
4. 2 private restrooms
